The Destruction of the National Front is a commissioned piece for Hip Hop Pedagogy and Power: Reclaim the Archive project. Written and produce by the Eritrean-British Hip Hop artist AWATE. It is inspired by the piece of the same name by the British artist Eddie Chambers.

Hip Hop Pedagogy and Power: Reclaim the Archive project is a collaborative residency project looking at how Hip Hop artists can speak back to the Archive, in order to decolonise, re-connect cultural histories, insert new and retrieve silenced voices.

Project's partners are Counterpoints Arts, Plymouth College of Art, The Open University, Tate Exchange and Tate Archive.
